Winterfest will host the 5th Annual Freeze Your Buns Run in honor of David Freeze, local reporter and sports enthusiast on Saturday, December 6. Teaming with Salisbury Rowan Runners, the race will begin and end at the Winterfest Marketplace. Fun Run begins at 12:30, prior to the 5K Run at 1:00pm.
Jingle All the Way Costume Contest!
Lace up those running shoes and deck yourself out in your most festive holiday gear. From reindeer to elves, snowmen to Santa Claus – we want to see your most holly jolly outfits on the course. Our panel of merry judges will award prizes to the top 3 most festive costumes, based on creativity, holiday spirit and overall Christmas Cheer. All ages welcome to enter!
Awards will be presented after the race on the Main Stage at 2:00pm.
